Project Design, Marine, and Coastal Engineering

EnviroCare specializes in Environmental Resource Permitting. Our projects vary from residential docking facilities to commercial working waterfront, marina and boatyard design, development, and redevelopment. We recognize that every permitting project is different, providing its unique challenges. EnviroCare works with its clients, stakeholders, and other contracting disciplines to coordinate with the appropriate environmental and permitting agencies to address these projects individually. By identifying the permitting strategy that targets each client’s goals, EnviroCare can assist in minimizing permitting time and costs. EnviroCare also incorporates industry-specific Best Management Practices and compliance with permitting requirements, including, but not limited to, hazardous materials, stormwater, air, and storage tanks to protect and mitigate natural resources. EnviroCare has assisted its clients in seeking proactive solutions to various permitting challenges, from mangrove mitigation to marina redevelopment projects.

Compliance Services

We offer a full range of permitting services for individuals and multiple industries.
EnviroCare not only assists individuals and companies in preparing responses to notices of violations issued by various governmental agencies, but we also take it a step further. We thoroughly understand our clients and their businesses, comparing their alleged enforceable actions with applicable environmental policies, rules, and regulations. This information is then presented at a settlement conference between the agency and the client. Our track record speaks for itself. EnviroCare has been successful in implementing solutions and significantly reducing fines, a testament to our effectiveness and commitment to our clients.

Site Assessments

EnviroCare’s Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments adhere to the rigorous practices set by the American Society for Testing and Materials. These practices are not just a formality, but a comprehensive process designed to meet the requirements for qualifying for the Innocent Landowner Defense to CERCLA liability. The level of detail performed ensures that our clients receive the most accurate and comprehensive assessment of their site. EnviroCare identifies the target cleanup standards required for site closure and provides verification-sampling data to demonstrate compliance. EnviroCare’s expertise includes preparing restricted covenants to reduce cleanup standards to commercial levels to achieve a more practical solution and cost. Examples of projects where state and local regulatory bodies have granted these measures include significant airports, golf courses, marinas, and boatyards.
