EnviroCare is a dynamic, closely held environmental consulting firm qualified as a Small/8A Woman Owned Business. EnviroCare’s commitment to success has allowed us to compile a solid background of environmental regulatory compliance and construction management experience in working for both the private and public sectors since our inception in 1987. Our boundless energy, sense of certainty and attention to detail allows for efficient decision-making and quick response time necessary to produce successful outcomes.

Over the past 27 years, we have also proven highly adaptive and innovative in addressing a diverse array of environmental concerns including all types of planning, design, engineering, assessment, permitting and construction. In addition, EnviroCare also provides strategic planning for a variety of clients representing their interests at federal, state and local levels to promote regulatory and legislative changes to facilitate specific projects for industry growth. Our professional staff utilizes innovation and individually tailored plans to fit each client’s specialized needs.

Through community outreach, EnviroCare has developed and maintains partnerships with government agencies charged with directing and enforcing the country’s environmental regulations, and with non-governmental organizations working to support individuals and industry. These relationships provide the capability for direct interaction, which is passed on to our client through informed advice and guidance. This gives us a clearer path to navigate through the maze of permitting and complex planning for projects of all sizes and scope.

Meet the President

Susan Engle, President of EnviroCare, started her career as a Florida CPA, transitioning to the areas of environmental consulting and construction in 1987 with the incorporation of EnviroCare. Since that time, she has obtained her Pollution Storage Systems and General Builders Contractor licenses from the state of Florida and represented a multi-faceted clientele. Under her direction, EnviroCare has found a unique niche within the marine industry providing clients with a wide range of services to resolve their environmental issues and expand their businesses.

As a marine industry advocate, Susan understands the issues and has the ability to analyze and dissect complex details in order to establish a fair and balanced atmosphere where all parties can be satisfied with the subsequent outcome. Through a variety of roles including Broward County Commissioner to the Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND) for eight (8) years and President of the Marine Industries Association of South Florida (MIASF), Susan has worked to facilitate the growth of the marine industry and to protect our natural resources and waterways. Her dedication and leadership is evident through the standard of service provided by the entire EnviroCare team.
